Security Manager / Chief Security

1. Lead and manage all security team member with security outsources team
2. Manage and coordinate overall activities of all business units with safety for all our guests, staffs and all property
3. To be the leader company’s firefighting team
4. Ensure all daily report, incident report with investigate all case concern with action plan present to Executive General Manager
5. Prepare weekly staffing schedules, monitoring staff attendance and maintain a security logbook on incidents, complaints etc.
6. Daily check and proper inspection all safety equipment, fire hazards, fire extinguishers, fire alarm system and all concern with safety and security
7. Manage, lead and planning all traffic, parking area, all building, security manning or all concern with safety / security and emergency issues
8. Representative and maintains effective liaison with law enforcement agencies in the community and government
9. The training, guidance, coaching and development of all security team member, all employee and security outsources team about Safety and Emergency Procedure
10. Managing team member performance
11. Compliance with Thana City Country Club's rules and regulations
12. Participate any brand needed training and meetings as requested by Executive General Manager
13. Inform Executive General Manager of all safety and security issues or concerns with customers and special projects progress
14. Represent organization hospitality and professionally always
15. Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : 1. 1. At least 7 years and a successful track record as Security Manager, Chief Security or Assistant of Security Manager in a hotel or resort 2. 2. Knowledge of security standard, fire prevention, firefighting team and safety & emergency procedures 3. 3. Be a problem solver and decision maker 4. 4. Able to work flexible days/hours to meet activities 5. 5. Excellent communication with written in English and Thai 6. 6. High energy level, enthusiastic, positive and creative 7. 7. Computer literate: Microsoft Office – Word / Excel, PowerPoint. 8. 8. Thai national
